Completely understandable in times of staff shortages (or due to economic requirements), but it often backfires. A family had ordered before us, the preparation of the food was ongoing and there was no service at the counter during that time. This leads to a bit of frustration because of the waiting time. Food wise everything was okay, there was nothing to complain about. A disadvantage is of course the lack of a toilet.
