Excellent pasta! We ate in the restaurant one evening whilst staying in the hotel. I had the seafood carbonara which had a thick, rich flavoursome sauce, and was loaded with seafood. Nick had one with tomato sauce a cured meat which had amazing depth of flavour. We shared the swordfish gratin with apple sultans found this a little plain but perhaps it’s just not to my taste. Two appetizers, two second courses, a side dish, a dessert and water for 74 euros. All truly exquisite and surprising . The location is well-kept and the restaurant area is a brilliant balance of elegance and practicality, in harmony with the idea of a farm. Efficient service Staff a little too obsequious, cloying at times. Chic for better or for worse.
