Sweet Jill's Bakery Polly's Gourmet Coffee

The food at this restaurant was just mediocre. I ordered a breakfast sandwich that was overcooked and served in a messy way. It was too hot from being microwaved and the cheese exploded, leaving it tasting just okay. Unfortunately, the service was lacking in friendliness and seemed robotic. They even tried to give me the wrong order completely. Although I understand they may be busy, I definitely won't be ordering from here again. The meal filled me up, but it was far from great. I should have just stuck with the hard boiled eggs. Additionally, there was no stopper for the coffee, causing it to spill all over my hand and burn me. When I asked if my coffee had cream, the server told me to look through the hole in the cup myself. It was a strange and somewhat amusing experience.

This restaurant does not accurately showcase what Long Beach has to offer. The pastries appear pale and stale, possibly even a day old. Everything looks like it's not fresh. Additionally, the coffee is only available in sizes of 16 ounces and larger. I would prefer higher quality over quantity.
