Super disappointed to see that it was open online but came in to find out that because they had a late start they weren’t going to open for another 30 mins. One employee said that they were going to be right with us and the other said they weren’t open. If there are two people one could help get the station ready and the other could start on orders. Usually slow because they never have enough staff. Not the staffs fault but whomever manages it.
Please do not order your drinks here if you are looking to enjoy. They always taste awful.
I would give the place 5 stars for cleanliness and friendly service, but…The electronic locking mechanism on the bathroom was defective, and some poor guy opened the door and got an eyeful of me with my shorts pulled down, sitting on the pot. Embarrassing and funny for us both. But…that’s not all.When I then commented to the staff that the locking mechanism wasn’t working correctly, they completely ignored that part and instead said, “wow! That’s not the first time, other people have been walked in on!” Followed by: “I wonder what’s going on?”
