Mcdonald's - Oton Ka Gurha

This has got to be one of the worst McDonald's. They are really slow, specially their drive thru. My son worked there for a few months, they don't pay their employees enough compared to other McDonald's nearby. Also, they don't give their employees enough hours and they don't treat them well so they have a high turn over.

Food was ok service slow as always had to use the self check out kiosk tables dirty n restrooms filthy will not stop here again .

Well I guess you could say using my points to get a free sausage egg biscuit turned out to be a whammy on me. Because the hash brown I purchased and it's the thing I LIVE the most is McDonald's hash browns are the Bomb so I thought. Cause the one i got was COLD and crumbling ? it was a sad imposter of a hash

This McDonald's i noticed always has higher prices than other nearby McDonald's, but went today and they raised the prices once more and the service is never ever great unless the main manager is on shift so whenever she's gone, employees are rude, never get order right and have attitude I really wish I can give a higher rating since the main manager is always kind and helpful but the rest of her team doesn't do her justice in making this McDonald's great, hope they can improve

We like this McDonald's very much. The staff takes the time to greet us and take our order. Manager Erika great ?
