1/1/24 time 1:20pm manager or assistant manager would not honor buy 1 big mac get one for a dollar and the sign was on the floor. I asked her why and she told me it starts tomorrow. I then ask her why the sign was on the floor all she could say was sorry but atill didnt remove the sign.

You can always count on McDonald's to get your order wrong and this location is no exception. However, this is one of the better locations in Long Beach. The food seems more fresh and their service is a little faster in comparison. So all in all, I recommend this location over others. But that being said, what is up with them charging for BBQ sauce? When you ask for extra they say it's $0.30 each, which I'm ok with paying. When you get your receipt, the BBQ sauce is at No Charge and they charge you for a different sauce that you don't get; I am NOT ok with this. I actually happen to know that this is against the law. This means that there is no price in their system because it's a condiment you should not charge for, like ketchup. Heads up McD's, I won't do it, but there are people (who have nothing better to do) that will sue you for this and will benefit from a large sum of money from you. All for BBQ sauce!!!! Get it together McD's and fix your registers before it becomes a legal problem for you. So to clarify my 3 Star review, it's based on their service, quickness, and quality. I'd say 3 star is actually good. What I would recommend is that you check the dinning area because it's always dirty. Not to mention, the restrooms are disgusting and never have TP nor soap to wash hands.
