My mom loves El Pollo Loco but she was turned off because of the dirty tables, they had crumbs but the food was good. The little bowl I got for $5 barley had any chicken so I was disappointed… won’t be getting that one again View all feedback.

My churros were hard as a rock. Some fast food places don't care anymore. They will put anything in your bag, especially if you go through the drive-through because they know that 90% of people aren't going back. Most people stop at a drive-through for convenience. It would be convenient if places take the time to give their patrons good food! View all feedback.

Food was ok. Nothing special. They had no brocolli....happens alot here. Not much vegan options.
