Went to the drive thru sat there waiting for a hello or thank you for choosing this area nothing at all many people waited then we went up to get our food and the lady was rude horrible didn’t say anything to me just gave me food that’s all. Hopefully the management will say something to View all feedback.

The chicken I received was extremely dry! Please tell the chef to either reduce the heat on the grill or decrease the cooking time for the chicken. Consequently, they should remove the chicken from the grill. It was all literally to dry! not even the salsa was helping !
Great pollo loco and the current staff makes the visit to this location worthwhile. Definitely recommend.
I should have read the reviews before coming to this location. Unfortunately, we quickly wanted a healthier choice of fast food, so we chose Pollo Loco.I can 't speak for all shifts, but the night one isn 't friendly and forgot to add one burrito. I drove back and and they all started yelling at each other it was your fault! and then I realized there were quite a bit of customers they do this to.They were saying I think she 's the one of either ______ or it 's _____ but maybe it 's the Burrito one or____. The district manager(s) should pay attention to this issue, especially during this economy, since sales will go down in the future from unsatisfied customers. No one will go back and word will spread! A simple apology won 't fix this since I will definitely not go back.
