Chili's Grill - Oton Ka Gurha

I couldn't believe how rude and dismissive Jason the manager of this location was. I had just arrived for dinner with a friend. The restaurant was not full at all tons of open seats but he insisted that we sit at the bar. I explained that my friend doesn't drink for a certain reason, and didn't want to be at the bar. I simply pointed out all the empty booths and he raised his voice and asked me to leave and said I wasn't welcome at this location. He told me I am never welcome back only after I asked for his name. I was surprised how it quickly he went south . He was on a power trip as the distance from the open booth to the bar was 10 feet away. I was at this location 2 weeks before and there was no issue. This manager needs some customer service training and should not be able to treat customers the way he did as he mad a scene telling me to leave. I actually will be going back because he can't pick and choose who he serves. I will be looking for someone above him as he decided to not give me his supervisors name.

Terrible place to have dinner! The host, a bald tall tattooed guy was just plain rude. Seated us to a table with food chunks, and crumbs all over on it. When we asked to have it cleaned, he had an attitude about it and was spraying windex/cleaner all over the table and my guests.Management, this is exactly why chili's has a bad reputation because of bad service.Stay away from this location.
