Best Mexican fod in Long Beach. We had dinner last night for taco Tuesday. As always, it was fantastic. The beans and rice were perfect, and the tacos had generous helpings of carne, amazing. Always my go to for great Mexican food. View all feedback.
What Paul Skaar doesn't like about Baja Sonora Mexican:
Decent food. Prices a little steep. I'm unlikely to return because the crew was really irritated; I did not feel welcome there. Parking is very tight. The restaurant is very tight with an oddly low ceiling. View all feedback.
Rated 4.4 overall is ridiculous ?. I've been coming here since I was a kid. My son and I come every Tuesday. Food is good. Tacos are amazing!
This is a wonderful place to eat if you like tacos and chili Verde also unlimited tostada shell style chips. 1 day I was there and there was a gentleman in a wheelchair and none of the employees would assist him And when the owner Mary seen the gentleman in a struggle, she went and assisted him, which I thought was really wonderful Since none of the employees did not even attempt to assist, After the gentleman had left, I told Mary that I really nice to see the owner taking initiative to help a customer where her employees had just Neglected him.
Love the Carnitas but they have been scraping of the pan lately when I order to go Parking: Nor enough parking small center need to find bigger place but in same surroundings
Great food on a relaxed casual setting. They have the best beef flautas! Stop by after 3:00 PM for fantastic crunchy Tacos on Tuesdays if you have a chance.
We had tasty, full plates of food here for dinner tonight. I had a chicken enchilada and the chicken was moist (I 've had some DRY chicken in enchiladas before at other places). My spouse had fajitas.Everything (except tamales, I think) is made in house. You could watch your stuff get made if that was important to you.We were there on a Wednesday evening and it was busy. The space isn 't huge, but we didn 't feel like we were eating on top of other people. It 's good to see local places busy on regular nights of the week. Some info (not complaints, just info for other diners):A. The fajita veggies are onions, green bell peppers, and tomatoes. Fajitas do not come with cheese. My dining partner thought a tomato was a red pepper and was surprised.B. Salsa is available in mild, medium, and 911, plus salsa verde. While I don 't think milk is spicy, I am a lightweight. The verde has warmth.C. The chips are full corn tortillas. Different from what you usually find (the triangles), but it 's clear they 're not just dumping bags of sysco chips into the bin.
