The service was exceptionally bad. One girl was rushed off her feet with 5/6 tables by herself. We waited 45 mins for a cocktail and we have to check 3 times- on the third time the staff started making it. We were sat in a corner away from any atmosphere and just forgot about. We still tipped and did not make a fuss however I would not recommend this place purely for it’s bad service.
The greeting was excellent. the bar staff was also excellent. the waiter was polite and efficient. Unfortunately, the food was very fast served (so there is no complaining) cold. we all ordered Sunday roasts. we sent the tellers back and on their return they were not much warmer. the plates were obviously made in advance and kept warm. the atmosphere and the place were good.
