It's been 30 or 40 years since our last visit to The Grouse House, and clearly, we weren't impressed back then since we never returned. However, I noticed that the service seemed to struggle with male customers, and the overall atmosphere of the evening felt lacking. They have changed the mac and cheese recipe, and now it’s overly greasy and leaves an unpleasant aftertaste.
