Nacional Beach Club and Bungalows Restaurant

We are a family of six including 4 teenagers. We came out to Mahahual for a friends wedding. Evan and his staff were do inviting, friendly and helpful. The place is magnificent. It is a boutique style hotel with a strong emphasis on eco tourism, conservation and the environment. The rooms are clean and spacious and right on the beach front. The staff and management couldn't do enough for us. Expect to get the 'real feel' of Mahahual and a complete sense of tropical paradise.

I live in Mahahual and Nacional Beach Club is one of my favorite spots. Evan and the gang are super cool and the chilaquiles con puerco (basically breakfast nachos with smoked pork belly) are to die for. Throw in a screwdriver with their on the spot squeezed orange juice and your day is off to a good start!

Awesome place with the best fresh fish & chips in Mahahual!! Also has the best view of the Caribbean right from your table and very friendly staff along with great cocktails!

I had passed through Mahahual previously on a cruise. Not stopping and visiting the beautiful beach town was my loss. A friend recommended Nacional while visiting this week. Had a wonderfully prepared Caribbean lobster lunch, Pacifico beer, while overlooking the small cove containing water hammocks. Just a primo lunch and experience.
