Ibiza Sunset is by far one of the prettiest places in Mahuahal for dinner. Directly on the sand, close to the water, white tablecloth tables lit by candles and lights hanging from the palm trees. It is a delightful, romantic peaceful setting. The food is very good as well. Beautifully presented and plated, each dish we had was delicious. What User doesn't like about Ibiza Sunset:
So I was really happy to share a margarita with some friends, to celebrate that we were in Mexico...Took them over 20 minutes to make 4 margaritas. And it was nothing really good... not even big, served in plastic cups...Definitely not worth the 80 pesos for 2 little plastic cups with "Margarita" (probably mix) They were experiencing some problems with the blender I think, or there was no ice in the restaurant/bar, s... Los platillos son realmente deliciosos, nada igual en la zona y el precio es realmente barato con respecto al sabor y calidad de los alimentos. Fui dos veces durante mi estancia. Les recomiendo el atún sellado, las tostadas de atún , el pollo ibiza y los camarones sunset. Aplauso y felicitación para la Chef.

We had a wonderful experience at Ibiza Sunset on our vacation to Mahahual. We were beyond happy to lounge at the beach during sunset with a two-for-one margarita deal and our bellies full of delicious salad and seafood pasta. Jill was our waitress, and she enhanced our experience as well - she was so attentive and such a sweetheart!
