I am writing this review out of frustration. I have only dined at this restaurant once and tried just one dish, but it was a disappointment. I ordered the Pasta alla casa for $5.50 because the owner claimed it was vegan. To my dismay, it was not. It was just plain noodles with no sauce. I could have bought the same noodles at the market next door for 30 cents.
The guacamole was fantastic and made fresh! The standout dish of our meal was the Pasta de la casa, which was the only warm vegan option available. It was essentially spaghetti with tomato sauce. The pizza was more like a quiche with a thick dough. Overall, in terms of value for money and considering the limited options like tuna on the menu, I would rate it three stars.
