Many restaurant here . Ramen ,Seafood .All you can eat crab . Good place for toilet . Just across the Otaru canal
Lamb, King crab and sea food are so good but service was so slow. Some staff forget my order just keep notice them. Milk custard is heavenly.

Decent buffet with a variety of self grilling meat and seafood BBQ. They are willing to serve party of one for an extra surcharge. Be cautious when ordering your raw BBQ items though, a single order usually comes with a huge portion size!
Shrimp noodle was nice. Clean restroom as you would expect anywhere in Japan. Wonderful culture.
