Owner was in a bad mood. Very unpleasant dining experience.

有名店ではないけど、小樽で長く寿司屋をやっているので、寿司ネタの品質は語るべくもありません。 一見さんでも、この店を楽しむためのコツとしては、女将さんは明るくてお話好きなので、大将との会話がはずめば良い時間が過ごせると思います。 因みに大将はゴルフの話を振れば大抵乗ってきます。

Fabulous sushi would highly recommend. Run by a very nice old couple. Try the 11peice set for a good lunch

It is a short story. Please read before going this shop. First, we walked around near another restaurant called 政壽司 which is quite famous. And then, an old lady walked nearby suddenly and talked with us. She looks like pedestrian walk nearby. She recommended this restaurant and she said the food in this restaurant is better than 政壽司. Therefore, we chose to believe her. Before we left, we saw her call someone by phone. This restaurant is quite near 政壽司. After we arrived, we decided to check what we can eat first. During we were looking the window sushi display outside, the shop owner came out suddenly and served us to go inside. At this moment, we were very curious why he knew we were checking outside. Of course, we went inside and had two sushi set for lunch. No one was inside this restaurant. And it was not like traditional sushi restaurant. The shop owner make sushi and serve us including collecting money. I don’t think a sushi master should touch the money then wash hand and then go back to make sushi. The most important thing is food quality. This sushi quality is below average. Among the whole set, only urchin sushi and soup is quite delicious. But the shrimp sushi was rubbish. The crab sushi was too dry. The price is quite similar across Otaru, around 3000-4000 per set. I opine that this restaurant is too expensive for this food quality. If they set the price around 2000, I will consider this is a good deal. Due to food quality, we started to think if we were cheated by the old lady. During the lunch, we heard a phone call but the shop owner did not answer it. Then we laughed and thought this phone call may be a signal from the old lady. A moment later, a customer appeared.At that moment, we knew we are so fool. After we finished this lunch, we went back near 政壽司. We saw her.
