I can never go wrong with Costa. I usually look for a Costa whenever I visit a new city. They always have something delicious to eat along with a great coffee. This time was no exception. Plus, there's always a nice, clean restroom available! The East-Western Lowlands branch did not disappoint. View all feedback.
