From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were welcomed with warm, genuine hospitality that set the tone for an unforgettable evening. The atmosphere is elegant yet relaxed, with tasteful decor that beautifully reflects the charm and history of Ostuni. The menu is a true celebration of Puglian cuisine, thoughtfully curated, seasonal, and full of local soul. Every dish we tried was a masterpiece, both visually and in flavour. Equally impressive was the wine list, offering a superb selection of local and Italian wines, expertly recommended by the staff. Service was faultless, attentive without being overbearing, and deeply knowledgeable about the menu and pairings. Restaurant 700 is a true taste of Puglia with a touch of refinement. We left already planning our return!

The food has fluctuated, the first couple times I ate here it was amazing the last time I was here to eat we did the tasting menu it was very disappointing. I imagine its hard to keep chefs when you are seasonal so they have probably gone through a few chefs. So I will give it another chance at some point, but in the meantime I will be there religiously for Leonardo and his amazing drinks and atmosphere!!
