Canteen - Ostseebad Binz

Actually, we wanted to go to Canteen and to Freustil during our vacation. Unfortunately, the style was completely preserved for weeks and we got 2 days in Canteen. The concept is that you get a complete menu with 2-3 courses for around 20 euros. Beforehand there was delicious self-baked bread with butter and onion salt. As a main dish we had chicken frikassee and Pak Choi with Roastbeef. A paprika cream soup. All dishes were extremely well tasted. All the elements were perfectly matched and well dressed. The espresso was a bit watery but not a problem. Service friendly! Come again next time....

One of the best restaurants on the Baltic Sea or in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. The dishes are fantastic and sometimes very surprising, the service is almost completely very good. M.E. is another Michelin star not far.

We had the 8-course menu and a very tasty, dry rosé from Austria. The small courses were very lovingly prepared and decorated. You have been immersed in a new world at every walk. Each gear was very nicely explained and it was always very friendly asked if we were satisfied. A great praise for the kitchen and the service! The ambience is very relaxing and the atmosphere is elevated and invites you to relax and let your soul dangle. Very highly recommended!

Wow We had a wonderful evening with really good food and many new impressions. The dishes are exquisite and assembled with precision, a surprise for the palate is guaranteed. In particular, dessert must be praised for a misplaced apple cake. Operation is attentive and accommodating. And I gave up everything
