The food was as expected, well plated, and nice flavours. The service was far from ok. I ordered the five course menu. The waiter didn’t know the selection of the day so had to ask the kitchen. The first course was well presented, but the following courses was not presented. I didn’t get new cutlery, apart from the last main, not even for the desert. Excellent input menu with middle portions, as I like it. And the wine pairing was also excellent. If you prefer large portions, this is not really your place to eat.
Our hopes after looking at the reviews was quite high. Nice atmosphere but that’s really it. It took forever to get the food and the menu did not explain the portions size at all. We ordered a mid size meal, with clams. What we got was just barely a mouthful. And the price was just horrible. Not a place for eating, just to bee seen as a person with a lot of money to spend on nothing
Super nice welcome, and very good tables beautifully designed menu. The menus are a very clever mix with local Swedish ingeredients and the best of an international mix. The style described with the tapas is very decent when you try more or a tour through the horizon through the middle/north Sweden kitchen. They were all great! All the good is done in the open kitchen in the corner, every meal is explained when served and you can trust the waiter wine experts! Have the best food night in Östersund in the republics.
Below in the atmosphere of the earth and great menu to fit beautiful wine card and great beers. The dessert menu is like dying an old fashion.
