The delivery service is always nice and friendly! And if something small went wrong (humanly), we always received a small compensation. A nice and respectful interaction should help here It just annoys me who rates the Lieferando online service here! It's like Amazon the seller (here Teddy's Pizza) can't be blamed for the programming errors and thus possibly incorrect communication from the online services! So it's better to pick up the phone and have a friendly phone call this will clear up a lot of confusion! We will continue to be happy to order
