Manuscript - Feedback

Last night, I went to Manuscript around 6 pm. I ordered a L Brand beer from the bartender, who then loudly expressed his disdain for that particular beer, refusing to serve it. When I asked for a recommendation instead, he rudely replied that he didn't have time for that. What initially seemed like a joke quickly turned into a serious and uncomfortable situation. I'm from Chicago but my husband and I have a really good friend who's an Oostende native. We stayed with him for a month in 2016 and this was our bar while we were there. Great beer selection, vibe, music, etc. We had an epic night there and ate chicken sandwiches at the frituur across the way. One question for the owner.
