I have been here a few times and the service is always terrible. Every time we struggle to flag someone down for a refill. It is so bad that on two occasions we never got the refills. We asked and were ignored. We won't return which is a shame because it's so close and their food really is good (except for the lobster rolls). View all feedback. We have a 2nd home about 8 miles south of Jena's so go there about 7-8 times a year . Great place to take the grandkids... Overall it is neat, clean and the decor is cute. The food is typical fried stuff, fish and it's good. We generally get the steamed lobsters and they have been amazing. This is a straightforward seafood restaurant and market that offers good quality at reasonable prices.
