You don't have tokens like I remember when I was a kid, so you have to buy a card that works as a Game Pass. They are refillable, which is cool, but remember that they are going fast! I wish I had just bought the highest amount to start with it because you go through it too fast. I don't know if I'd make a birthday party here, it's probably extremely expensive, but hanging here on a birthday party was a ton of fun

They were under personnel... read more Please like my review if helpful really nice and clean Chuck E cheese. Pizza was decent and the games were up to date and lots of fun. They were under personnel, leading to 4 star service. Other food e chess have a free area where children climb and this wig could not. The games were paid to just play. We will definitely come back in the future, but the Northtown Chuck E Cheese is our first choice for child fun.

The manager (Viula, excuse the spelling) helped us download the Chuck E Cheeses App which has an awesomepromotion going on right now! Kudos to her for leading the team and promoting great customer service! Pizza was tasty and thesalad bar fresh and stocked each time! Overall an evening of fun!!!

You have to put the 5 stars into context, this, of course isn't a fine dining establishment however the pizza and other food is always fast andtasty. This location is usually very clean but this most recent visit was exceptional. It is even Friday night and this placeis packed. The manager Joe was extremely friendly, helpful and when I told him what we were looking to get he found a bundlethat cost less. I really appreciate the honesty. The rest of the staff was friendly too and I even overheard them helpingothers and their interactions were just as friendly and helpful. Overall we got our money's worth and had a great time. Hatsoff to the owners, management and staff for providing a safe, clean and fun place to take my kids.
