We love the party platter; great value for the quality of food and variety. Even our selective eating children will eat the vegetarian options. The staff are always very friendly, and the menu is interesting, items are explained well, and the take out has always been ready on time for us. We've also dined in a few times; the place only has a few tables and small staff, but a friendly atmosphere. View all feedback.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. We had lunch there on June 16th. I had the cucumber avocado roll and chicken teriyaki with noodles. The rice in the sushi seemed to have no seasoning, so it was blend. And the roll looked like a beginner made it - not enough rice to cover all the nori (it was an inside out roll) The teriyaki was terrible...blend boiled chicken with over-salted noodles. The flavors were decent, but the knife cuts on the sushi, tuna tataki, and rolls were poorly executed, showing a lack of knife skills in handling the ingredients. The rolls were inconsistently cut into various bite sizes.
I love this place. It's a family-owned restaurant with amazing sushi and combo options. I come here at least once a week!
Sushi restaurant is excellent for take-out, but not ideal for dining in due to the lackluster decor. Instead, we enjoyed our sushi by the lakeside.

Mu husband had beef teriyaki with noodles. His noodles were very salty as well, paired with soggy beef. My daughter had the small sushi rolls, avocado and salmon. All of them were blend, no seasoning in the rice, and they looked like an amateur chef cut rolled them and cut them. So, if you ever had sushi before, stay away from this place! And for all this bad food, we paid almost 60 CAD!
