Travel and planned a Pit Stop lunch in Osoyoos. Luckily I added this jewel of a restaurant in my GPS, that would never have found it! A small pendant next to an fruit market. Excellent chicken ridge with guacamole. Very full. Save 1/2 for a snack...later!

I had the chicken chimichanga $16 with one side of rice and beans and it was cheesey and delicious. Husband had the burito for $16.99. kristi D's had $11 queen with rice and beans. And we'd go back. Fruit shop in the same amount... sucked, but the over the street was great.

A must! In any case, where the locals go for a fast, tasty and affordable Mexican meal. Freshly cooked and very affordable. Sit on an outdoor table and enjoy the view. After dinner go next door and get fresh fruit in Osoyoos Fruit Basket.

The food was delicious! However, I am still hoping to be reunited with my down jacket that Sofia sent to me in Winnipeg. I have not received it yet, but I am keeping the faith.

We decided to visit this restaurant based on the good reviews, but as home cooks who have been preparing Mexican cuisine for five years, my wife and I found the food to be lacking in flavor. We were disappointed to find that they did not have chipotle mayo, a staple condiment in Mexican dishes. While the portion sizes were generous, we felt that a Mexican restaurant should not compromise on flavor and spice levels.
