Trotz oder gerade wegen der kleinen Karte ist die Küche ein Geheimtipp. Pascal kocht ausschließlich selbst - in der Urlaubszeit, wenn die Gaststätte weiter geöffnet bleibt, werden nur Frikadellen und andere Kleinigkeiten angeboten. Da bleibt die Qualität konstant bestens. Das Pils wird in normal und herb angeboten, die Weine vornehmlich aus Frankreich, sind ohne Abstriche zu empfehlen. Auch hier gibt es den bekannten 1860er aus dem Emsland, darf nur zimmertemperiert serviert und getrunken werden. Auch hier saisonale Gerichte, Grünkohl, Muscheln etc., alles zu seiner Zeit. Sehr empfehlenswert Gambas in leckerer Knoblauchsauce u. Baguette - danach ist für Wein und Pils der Magen empfangsbereit.

Der Wirt Pascal und sein Team sind klasse. Aufmerksam, zügig und freundlich wird hier nicht nur Pils serviert, sondern Pascal bietet noch dazu eine fantastische Küche an. Tipp: Muschelessen! Hmmmmm...da geht einem das Herz auf. Und das tolle: der Franzose kann auch lecker Grünkohl und Co.! Wir kommen immer wieder hierher.Danke!

Tolle Atmosphäre, kleine kuschelige Kneipe - meistens Leute ab 50 dort.Der Wirt Pascal ist total nett- Immer wieder einen Besuch wert für mich als Osnabrückerin.Kleine Snacks und leckere Fridakellen werden zu den Getränken angeboten.

Couldn't be happier we stumbled across this cosy bar. The staff were super lovely, the layout just brilliant, and the beer magnificent. Didn't eat here (wishing we had, as the food looked divine!), as we entered with the mindset of having a swift one to warm our cockles after hours of walking around the Christmas Market. However, we found ourselves still sat enjoying the beer and watching the warm and friendly locals playing the dice game 'shock' some three hours later, but who's complaining! Would visit again in a heartbeat. A true gem and a real find!
