There is a really informative little museum that explains everything about salmon farming in Norway. We came to brunch and had a delicious salmon waffle, a grilled salmon fillet with truffle mash and asparagus and some Halibut sushi. It was all delicious. The service was also great.

The menu was filled to the edge with beautiful options to choose from, but we were incredibly happy with the chosen dishes. This restaurant knows how to prepare salmon in a way that really does the quality of fish justice. The taste was beautiful and the whole meal was more than a dinner. Once we finished eating, we learned about the sustainable way the Norwegian salmon industry works. That was a good thing to do. It is very rare that you can see such a transparent look exactly where your food came from. Thank you to the boss and staff, for our favorite meal in Oslo.

The waitresses weee more busy chatting with one another at the bar rather than looking after the tables. No one offered water when we sat down, it wasn’t offered during the whole dining, in fact. Had to ask for the bill twice, because the first waitress forgot about us.
