I have made my table reservation two month in advance, for a very special anniversary. And I was rewarded with a high class treatment. We had a 10-course dinner accompanied with high grade wine course. That made a 3,000 NOK cheque for two. Which is very kroner worth of it. Very recommended! View all feedback.
What Ed S doesn't like about Statholderens Mat Og Vinkjeller:
The lamb was very tough and tasteless. The manager said it was a hip section cut and that the chef wanted to be different from other high end restaurants. They failed in this. Too expensive for an inferior tough cut of meat. The wine list was way overpriced compared to retail View all feedback.
