The restaurant offers a variety of dishes, but they are on the pricier side.

During my visit to Oslo (I live in the United States), I noticed that there is a high demand for vegan options and certain foods. I enjoyed Helios because I was able to find quinoa, vegan "ice cream", spaghetti sauce (which was surprisingly hard to come by - Norwegians don't eat pasta?!), and other foods that I eat on a daily/weekly basis in America. The prices were quite high, but that's to be expected in Oslo where everything is extremely expensive. If someone is looking for a quick and healthy meal fix, they may be able to find what they need at Kiwi or another local food store, but Helios is a good option for those specific items.

Large health food shop for norway. they could improve their products, always looks so sad and exhausted. large selection of dry goods, tees and superfood supplements. friendly staff.

Very good choice, but it is the most expensive health food chain in oslo.

During the visit of oslo (I live in the states) I realized that a vegan and certain food request is fulfilled is a meat. I enjoyed this load, based on the fact that I was able to find quinoa, vegan ice cream, spaghetti sauce, which was quite difficult to come (norwegian eat no pasta!?) and a handful of other foods I eat here daily / weekly in America. I found the prizes that were crazy high. but of course this is Oslo.all is extremely expensive. So if they are looking for a fast healthy fix and can not find what they need in kiwi or any of the other local food stores..You should go to helios.
