Was Simone Haga at Kafe Blitz a mag?
I just had lunch at this amazing place. They make like slices of bread with all kinds of wonderful stuff like baked potato on a bed of humus or thick omelet with vegetables. Very friendly alternative crowd. The actual building is under construction but they are housed in a makeshift place nxt to it right on the corner of the street. Very liberal and smokers friendly! I had both sandwiches and a large glass of juice f... View all feedback.

What Shirley Engen dislikes about Kafe Blitz:
Why is it that so-called anarchists who believe in individuality and like "hisself" all dress up equal, and dress up on all who do not think and dress like them? View all feedback.

Very friendly alternative crowd. The actual building is under construction but they are housed in a makeshift place nxt to it right on the corner of the street. Very liberal and smokers friendly! I had both sandwiches and a large glass of juice for only 30 krones! That's not more than 3 euro's and i'm full for lunch! Def check out this place when you get the chance!

Do you think that you live the coolest? you know what is punk and what is not? do you think your femme underarm hair, no bh and anti-make-up, far left wing posture brings you an all-access pass into the groovy city? Now, if you want to bang a few cool notches, visit this little enclave. my companion and I went with and he heard my excited words about this caffe. like-minded political and open-minded people who want to talk about the world. we meet a few young ones at the entrance that were good enough, but seemed to be proud that we would pass them into the inner kingdom. once inside and a walk over the stairs and into the escaping all. and I mean, everyone stopped looking at us. and not in an inviting way....and since I did not wear my clown costume on this day. I didn't know what to do. I really wanted to eat there. the piepen had a total club members only setting..and yet I was starved and totally down to join the crowd. then I knew how it was to be clint eastwood in a western. to go to a new salon. filz super unwilling. I felt more welcome at the most dull dive expeditions with strangers. sad for me. I really wanted to try!

Do you consider yourself the epitome of cool? Do you think you know all about punk culture? Do you believe that your rebellious spirit and non-conformist attitude gives you access to all things hip in the city? If you're looking to impress a few trendsetters, then you should check out this cozy little café. My friend and I decided to give it a try after hearing great things about it. We were hoping to find like-minded individuals who are politically aware and open to discussing world events. We encountered some young people at the entrance who seemed a bit standoffish, but were eager to welcome us once we made our way inside. However, as soon as we stepped in, everyone seemed to stop and stare at us, and not in a friendly manner. I felt out of place, especially since I hadn't dressed in my usual quirky style. Despite the exclusive atmosphere, I was hungry and eager to join in the fun. It felt like a scene out of a Western movie, trying to gain acceptance in a new territory. Unfortunately, the vibe was unwelcoming and I ended up feeling more at ease in dive bars with strangers. It was disappointing, as I had been looking forward to trying the food at this place.

Blitz is a one-of-a-kind establishment, not just in Oslo, but probably in the entire world. If visitors are expecting a professional or high-class experience, they will be disappointed. However, those looking for a unique and unpretentious atmosphere will not be let down. Blitz is a non-profit café run by volunteers, with a punk ethos and a menu offering simple and affordable food, including at least one vegan option. This place may not be for everyone, but it will be loved by punk lefties.
