I found this jewel while looking for a restaurant with more regular Norwegian dishes. The first two places I tried to fail because Google maps...
Very stylish restaurant. we ordered fish soup and seafood sandwich for lunch. the salmon in the fish soup is the best we ever tasted in oslo, as it is only fished on the sea! sengel in the suppe is also good and the suppe itself is very creamy. the crabs and the garnels on the bach are also very tasty. the personal is very nice.
Beautiful old caffeine in oslo. they were friendly enough to find a table for us on a very busy Friday night. eating was a wonderful taste of the Norwegian court, including lobster soup and pure steak. had a bit difficult to find it, but good the walk from our hotel.
Very unique experience definitely would recommend if you’re visiting Oslo! It’s tucked on a side street next to a beautiful plaza and when you walk inside you’re transported to a different time. I came at lunch and it was fairly packed with locals and tourists. I ordered the shrimp toast and it was delicious!
