Cocoa Café - Oslo

Hello. SO SO CUTE. instant favorite. from the people who work there to the ambiance, this spot vibes. total sweethearts. delicious. they *understand* hot sweet cravings here. the view is gorgeous and, and, and all the things. it's the most perfect cafe.

Cozy café in a central location. The cake selection was very interesting, though slightly pricey. Went for a pomegranate chocolate cake and was surprised by how delicious it was even though it’s both gluten free and sugar free. Coffee is reasonably priced and tasty. The other cakes and salads look great too. Will definitely be back next time I’m in Oslo and try one of the hot chocolates.

A very nice cozy cafe with a variety of hot chocolate options, delicious desserts and colourful bowls I tried their hot chocolate with dark chocolate chili which was amazing! Also tasted the cassava cake, so fulfilling and delicious Don’t forget to sprinkle some toppings on your hot chocolate. Cocoa’a staff were so kind to remind me that to enjoy my hot cocoa even more

It is a nice place, but if you’re planning to stay long (because you want to read or work on your laptop) it’s better to go to any coffee around the area. After 1.30h, while we were having our coffee, we got placed a “reservation” sign saying that the table was booked within 15 minutes. They didn’t told us about it, they simply placed it there quite aggressively and it made us feel uncomfortable from there onwards. It happened to be that it wasn’t true as we stayed longer and nobody came and seemed pretty clear to us that it’s a tactic they use to keep people either ordering again or rotating. I can understand that it’s a small place, but the manners were too rude. I do, however, recommend this place if you’re planning to stay no longer than…1.30h
