The menu, in addition to a wide selection of cocktails and alcoholic beverages, offers a choice of meat, fish, and vegan options. The dishes demonstrate a certain sophistication in both flavors and presentation. The pairings may at times seem daring, but they are well-executed: the flavor is excellent, and the quality of the ingredients appears high. I especially recommend trying the aperitifs, both fish and meat. The desserts are also excellent. Fast and punctual service, with a very friendly and welcoming owner.

We took advantage of the Japan event to enjoy a five-star fusion menu. Congratulations to all the staff. It's a shame to be going home.
