Papa Johns Pizza - Oshkosh

They were the best times and the worst times. When I entered the pizza order into the app, I chose the NY Style Deal with a NY Style and a Stuffed Crust. I was initially hesitant, but apart from the light fear I felt for the use of the deal, I pushed through and struck order. Whew, order a relief from me in my decision. When the pop-up arrived in my app that I was able to monitor the progress of my food created by the most competent pizza professionals from the freshest ingredient, I was delighted. When the pure anticipation drew me in all directions of emotion, I held them together. I saw my food was ready, so I proudly told my wife, "I'm gonna grab the pizza." She answered with a sounding, “ Whatever.” I left the door. When I was pulled up with the anticipation of a puppy with a leak on his nose, I took deep breath and went into it. I was greeted by two smiling faces, they gave me my order. I smiled and thanked them for their knowledge and generosity. I went, felt a strange mix of senses, usually sadness, as with the rate of turnover in employment, I can never see these two craftsmen again. All right. I took the pizza home and ate it. Amazing day.

I've added customer appreciation date to my calendar which is the first tuesday of every month. My go to is the chicken bacon ranch. I like it way more than Little Caesars and on that day its about the same price. The staff is friendly and I like that you can watch them make everything right in front of you. Yes they do toss the dough in the air! They are very efficient and the average wait is usually 15 mins or less after you put in the order (depending on what you get).

Young guys working there were friendly and courteous. Pizza was average. We had ordered the Hawaiian style. I DID order on their special customer appreciation day, so large pizza was only about $7. 1st Tuesday of every month they offer this for any large 2 topping pizza, so it WAS a great value. Must have code to get the deal.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. Pizza dropped at the door with no knock and no doorbell. Called back to speak to someone, option 2 was to speak about a previous order. I got hung up on twice. Called again and option number 5 was for a manager. Got hung up on twice. I'm done with this place and if you're reading this please don't waste your time or money.

Manager is not a nice person. ordered my meal through door dash app, and went to eat my eat breadsticks and they weren’t even cooked. completely dry, dowsed in flour still, probably just came out of the freezer . disgusting. usually love their breadsticks, if they don’t like door dash they shouldn’t offer it
