### Panera: A Mixed Bag of Experiences
At Panera, diners encounter a tapestry of experiences ranging from delightful to disappointing. While many appreciate the friendly staff and the high-quality food, inconsistencies often mar the visit. Availability issues with menu items, overly sweet beverages, and lapses in service quality can leave customers feeling frustrated. Concerns about cleanliness also surfaced, though some patrons recognized excellent service from specific team members. Overall, while the comforting atmosphere and varied menu draw crowds, diners hope for improved consistency and attentiveness to make their visits more enjoyable and worthwhile.

The sandwiches I chose were apparently unavailable, so I had to select something else upon arrival. My biggest issue was the drink, which was overloaded with sugar. I'm trying to avoid that for health reasons.
I really enjoyed it! The rice here is in a league of its own. This restaurant is ten times better than Teriyaki Madness. That place doesn't hold a candle to Panda!
I usually use the drive thru, and clearly I should have stayed doing so. The front staff (older lady) was extremely rude for no reason. I asked a simple a simple question and it seemed like an inconvenience. My fiancée said “thank you” and the lady was rude back for no reason. I was getting ready to leave, and I hear the same lady gossiping to the manager Sami/Sammy/Sam??? About a coworker using the bathroom. The conversation was unreal to know a 60+ lady is STILL gossiping about her coworker who “she’s brushing her teeth in the bathroom. More like the ones she has left”. When I asked to talk to the manager she acted like she had no idea what I was talking about, and when I turned my back she had the audacity to laugh. I usually think highly of Panera, but again this is Oshkosh..
Expensive for the portion sizes but the cheesy broccoli soup is some of the best
