The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, even offering extra bread when I realized I hadn’t picked the right items for my order. Ariel, who I believe is the manager, was extremely friendly and helpful, and I want to give her special recognition. Thank you for taking care of my kids and making our road trip much more enjoyable! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that the restaurant seemed a bit less tidy compared to other Paneras I've visited; there was some trash on the floor, and it didn't have that polished look I've seen elsewhere. Nonetheless, everything else was truly fantastic.

However, during my visit yesterday, I had a disappointing experience with one of your cashiers named Laura. She was rude and dismissive towards my daughter and me. Her rushed and snobbish demeanor took away from our experience. I hope you can address this concern.

I asked a simple a simple question and it seemed like an inconvenience. My fiancée said “thank you” and the lady was rude back for no reason. I was getting ready to leave, and I hear the same lady gossiping to the manager Sami/Sammy/Sam??? About a coworker using the bathroom. The conversation was unreal to know a 60+ lady is STILL gossiping about her coworker who “she’s brushing her teeth in the bathroom. More like the ones she has left”. When I asked to talk to the manager she acted like she had no idea what I was talking about, and when I turned my back she had the audacity to laugh. I usually think highly of Panera, but again this is Oshkosh..
