On Friday only had the cash, but it's the best in Oshkosh. Even beats the roxy, which is difficult to do, but they have the bread consistent to perfection. Super friendly/fun staff. This place is worth stopping. I'd give it six stars, just for the great time that I would have made with the staff if I could. View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about George's Gaslight Grill:
I wish I could leave a 3.5. 4 when it is good, 3 when it is not. Fish fry is hit or miss. Staff is always friendly so I go when I am craving a fish fry because I have not found any other place that does it better yet. Not sure what they do to their coleslaw, but it is the worst I've ever had. Fish is good size portion, though sometimes can be grease logged. When it is not, it is actually good. View all feedback.

I had the tuna and grouper for the Friday fish special, and it was delicious. The prices were surprisingly low for the quality of the food. I will definitely be back!

The service was excellent. My husband ordered the fried haddock, while I had the battered haddock. Both dishes were fantastic. We'll definitely be returning!

WOW! Five of us just had the best meals we have had in a L o n g time!! We have been looking for a new Friday night hang out since Bill and Stel’s closed. We Found It!!! Awesome Tenderloin 12 oz juicy and flavorful. Bluegills were excellent. Tuna was super sushi grade big portion and reasonably priced. Drinks very good and reasonably priced. 5 of us had absolutely nothing bad to say about anything. Amy was awesome as our server and the owners were there and very engaging. I cannot think of any reason not to come here for food and drinks if you like a great priced, flavorful meal with friendly staff and newly remodeled environment. A . Jeff.
