Some consistency issues with dishes and delays at the bar are noted. Exceptional service is highlighted in some cases, such as for a birthday celebration. While the BBQ PLATTER receives mixed reviews, the chicken tender wrap is a standout dish. The concept of the CUSABI WRAP is praised, although some find the slaw overpowering. Despite some hiccups, many guests express an interest in returning to FRBW for a varied dining experience.
The CUSABI WRAP was delicious, with a great concept, but the slaw was overpowering. The cusabi flavor should be more prominent. It tasted very fresh and healthy. I wish they could add cheese on top of their pizza toppings as everything falls off.
The mustard dressing on the CRUNCH SALAD is awful. Be sure to ask for a different dressing if you plan on getting this salad. The chicken in the salad was not crunchy at all, in fact, it was quite soggy. The AHI TUNA was decent, but the sauces did not complement it well. A lighter, sweeter sauce would have been a better choice for the tuna as the coating on the fish was strong and both sauces were overpowering. A fresher sauce would have made the dish more appetizing.
I did not enjoy the BBQ PLATTER. The shredded meat all had a similar flavor, and the portion size was decent. I cannot provide feedback on the BB BRAT BURGER as I did not order it. There were some consistency issues with the dishes.
Everything in the order was warm and on time! I was just really disappointed in the taste of the beer cheese with the pretzels. It is not your typical beer cheese.
This is my favorite wrap, but this time the chicken was dry. CRUNCH WRAP
