I appreciated the employee who literally ran out the door to tell me I left my drink on the top of my car as I wasdriving away.

Even if you just needed... read more I've never been so amazed with Fazolis than I was with this visit. The staff was attentive, management quick to help in anyway possible. Even if you just needed a refill. They weren't very busy but you can tell it's like this all the time because the excellent customer service just seem to come naturally. I'll be back.

It's a dish that's quite easy to prepare at home without using store-bought sauce. Additionally, there was an unpleasant sewage smell outside the restaurant.

Even if you prefer takeout, their breadsticks are simply fantastic—don't hesitate to indulge! My only wish is that their dishes had minced onions and fewer tomato chunks. Also, it often feels like there's just not enough sauce.
