Doctor Benzies Pizza - Oshkosh

First time ordering pizza here. I've had many other Oshkosh Pizzas and this is easily the best yet. Good stretch on the cheese, homemade crust that's slightly crispy yet chewy but never floppy, flavorful sauce. Customer service could use some work... the phone attendant let out an audible deep sigh when we ordered a taco pizza for pickup at 930 and they don't close til 1030. but ill definitely be back, and be ordering more taco Pizzas occasionally. Grumble away little dude!

I have to say out of all the times I have ordered from here, this was the worst. I was told 30-40 minutes for my pizza. I knew it would be closer to an hour, but once an hour past I called and they said it was out for delivery. 20 minutes later it shows up. For me the pizza was good a usual, but if your running behind, just be honest with your customers. 04/14/2022. Up date Called as normal for a 16 for delivery and stated I had a coupon . The woman argued with me on the coupon price then argued that I didn't state the size if what I wanted. (This was not Mary) she repeatedly was argumentative with me on what I said for my order. Lost my $25 order for the night. Just down right horrible. Was really craving the pizza and had guests over. Sorry Mary and Andy. Not your fault buy my God! Horrible phone experience. Went to domino's for more money and a lesser quality

Ordered at 630. They said a 2 hour wait. I called them at 930. No answer. They call me at 1030 saying there making my food. Got it at 11. Hot dog was soaking wet. The rubin had nothing but mayo even though they said it was 1000 island. And cheese cake was upside down splattered. Food tasted good. Resturant is not run well.

Save your money or go somewhere else. Horribe service. Sour cream was melted and we called to ask for more sour cream and they refused to make anything right. Mary was extremely rude. We have been Long term customers but after tonight we wont be going there anymore after seeing how they treat people.

Love this place!! My all time favorite food stop. Everything here is good. No complaints! And the service is absolutely outstanding!
