What Chloe Nitzsche doesn't like about A&w:
The lady who tried to get back because her boyfriend's house burned down or something. The work as a cashier in a fast food restaurant is not the time or place to share a sob history. I wanted a burger with my family because they're in town. No guilt in a charity case. It won't go back. What a shame. View all feedback.
Everything was made to order without any issues. The food was prepared correctly and quickly! The staff was very friendly as well.
I visited the restaurant intending to place an order and eat there, but my experience was disappointing. There were a few customers ahead of me who placed their orders, but after the waiter took their orders, he walked away to attend to other food preparations. One of the staff members moved at a snail’s pace and seemed to be aware of my presence, yet completely ignored me. I waited for a long time without anyone acknowledging my existence or informing me that they would assist me shortly. I understand that many businesses are short-staffed, but there's no excuse for not addressing a customer. Eventually, I decided to leave and went to Culver’s instead. The employees here could use some training on customer service without the attitude.
I absolutely love the cheese curds here! They also serve the best ice cones. The wait was a bit longer than usual, but I understand—everyone is short-staffed these days.
Staff is extremely rude, slammed the window on us multiple times, forgot our drinks and when we asked for our drinks she demanded our receipt and rolled her eyes multiple times. Sundae was also leaking and dripping from the cup when it was handed to us. Just horrible experience all around
Great food but customer service is a No Good!! I called 5 times and the last call a yound boy picked up and had a attitude like he didn't want to work. I went to there location and the gentleman at the front register had a disgusted face and looked like he didn't want to take a order..I hope and sure he has a good day and his name is Adam to be exact .that's what the receipt say!!
