Things have improved here. My orders have been ready when I arrive and the food I ordered seems to be in the container. I've also noticed when stopping by that it's not as humid in the restaurant is it used to be. That has stopped me from dining in for the past couple of years. I gave up on Wings Etc many years ago because the food got worse over the years. Last month, a family member had a birthday party in the basement, and the wings were outstanding. Received an 18 count wing meal just to be disappointed that they were massively over cooked, and dry as a bone. Now, charging $2.00+/wing as well? $13+ for a 6 wing meal with tax??? Is the business hurting? Literally a whole chicken for $6. The only thing that's changed is the prices are now tripled, but the food quality negative x3. Sadly this place used to be great 4 years ago.
Both service and food quality have drastically gone downhill. You can only get old, burnt and cold wings so many times before enough is enough. Good luck getting good food from Osceola.

Horrible service, had to wait for silverware, asked 3x, forgot ordered sides and no effort to make it right. Next time we are driving to the Mishawaka Wings.Place was not even busy. Sad...
It was pretty good the people seemed nervous while we were here. Maybe cause we was new faces
