What Regina S doesn't like about Huddle House:
I visited this restaurant with my family, and while the food was decent and the customer service was friendly, I have to warn you about the condition of the building. There is mold growing on the ceiling, and the floors are quite dirty. I'm concerned about the risk of getting sick after dining here. I won’t be returning, and I don’t recommend visiting unless you’re prepared for the potential consequences. View all feedback.
Skylee. (sorry about spelling I should've ask) was our waitress and did a fantastic job. There were 10 of us. Food was very good . Kept drinks full and very friendly. Thank you to your team.
We were waited on quickly. The food and coffee was EXCELLENT! We had the All Star Chefs today! And service, It was great I can't tell you who our waitress was because three of them helped with serving the food and refills. Great experience. I will DEFINITELY be back!!!
I ordered two Smokehouse Platters to go. I was missing my sausage on both! How hard can it be to get orders right the first time? It's important to make sure to-go orders are correct. I feel that the customer shouldn't have to check their order every time. That's the restaurant's job. I'm just trying to pull up, pay, and get out quickly. P.S. Of course the sausage is the best part of a Smokehouse Platter. And I got none.
All food was delicious- my two kids (ages 12 14) said the Cookies Cream pancakes were better than any other pancakes they’ve ever had. Service was quick and the staff was friendly. Restrooms were clean!
Marie is always so sweet and does her best to ensure great service is provided. Food is always amazing, they have the best weekend staff. Jr is our favorite cook, he makes sure everything is done right and plated nicely. Management cares about their customers and makes sure the store is being operated smoothly.
