This is the slowest DQ in the area, never again! Said my order at least 3 times and it still wasn't what I ordered, I drove off to get a child to school and discovered my order was wrong Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Service: 1

Says open until 8, went at 6:30 already closed. Never enough people working to help customers. You might or might not get your correct order. If you are going to run a business, run it or sell it. Reflects poorly on our town. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Was just passing through on our way to our cabin we've been skeptical about going there because every time we do the order is wrong and the staff are rude. Not yesterday! The staff were pleasant and smiling, the service was fast and efficient despite waiting for fresh strips. The gal who was assisting us was the new store manager. She apologized for the slight wait for fresh food even brought us our tray, and even came back a second time to make sure things tasted okay and to see if we needed anything. The restaurant itself looked cleaner and had a more positive atmosphere. We will definitely be back Sunday when we head home! Thank you for the awesome service! The owner Or whomever who brought new Management made a great choice!

I go here frequently and have always been very happy with the service. Occasionally there will be a wait because of short staffing but they are always working fast and efficiently to try and keep up so kudos to them for doing the best they can. My wife and I just moved to Osceola this last month and this location is really close to us. 3 out of 3 times that we have gotten chicken strips here they have given us terrible stomach aches. Maybe not quite food poisoning, but definitely at least a not doing anything for the rest of the day type scenario while you are locked in the restroom lol. One of these 3 times thechicken was cold. We had hoped each of the first times that it was just a fluke, but we will definitely not be back. Please stopserving your customers food that will make them sick Their ice cream was usually ok (when the softserve machine was working),probably the only redeeming quality aside from the convenient location. The intersection here though is god awful, please bewarethe drivers crossing left and right from the drive-through exit if you visit, they will not see you and tend not to stop at thesign Overall, pretty disappointing even for a DQ. St Croix is the next closest and we haven't had an issue there, though thedrive through there goes right up to the road by the store, so it can be a pain to get in line if they are busy lol
