Great experience in Sanaa where the food is excellent. The setting is magnificent. If you want to see the animals up close, be sure to ask for a window seat as soon as you check in because otherwise you will be placed at the back of the restaurant far from the bay windows, with reduced visibility of the animals. For my part, my request was accepted by insisting several times with the servers.Going to Sanaa will also... View all feedback.
What Purav Dalal doesn't like about Sanaa:
This is purav dalal from India. Cel: +919824115786. They serve extremely poor quality food. Rice not upto the mark, dal prepared from packet food, vegetables also poor. They make food veg and non veg together. In veg they remove chicken and add panner and serve to vegetarians. Not good for Indians who knows what Indian food is. Serving fake indian food. Shef also not Indian. View all feedback.
Phenomenal dinner at Sanaa tonight with my family for Mother's Day! We had reservations which are highly recommended and the meal did not disappoint. Our service was excellent even though they were a full house and waited to get our table ready. Do not skip the Indian bread service as recommended by everyone, this is what they are known for. All of the artwork inside the restaurant is beautiful and amazingly decorated, our dishes of entrees were also made with so much deliciousness that I look forward to my leftovers since I filled up on the bread service lol.My picky eater also had the safe option of ordering a cheese pizza just because I knew he had a limited selection so for our family with toddler, this made dinner a breeze for us eccentric and diverse adult diners. We cant wait to return again soon for our next meal when we stay at AKL kidani again!
The service and food at Sanaa was great. Everyone must try the bread and sauces a fantastic experience.
Awesome kids menu which includes the fish of the day which our son loved. The bread service was good and the mains were just ok. Our drinks were a bit slow but otherwise we had a good experience
It’s aesthetically beautiful. The food is good. The server was good aside from not acknowledging our birthday celebration. We were enjoying everything until about 3/4 way through our dinner when two servers started dragging chairs around on the hard flooring and slamming their brooms to their dustpans in their cleaning efforts. All of their guests were gone from their sections so they didn’t care about the rest of the guests still trying to enjoy their experience outside of their sections. Completely ruined the mood and experience. We rushed through our dessert and couldn’t pay and get out fast enough. You expect that behavior at cheap diners, not higher end restaurants in deluxe resorts, spending $40-50 per person. I felt bad for our server having coworkers with no regard for his guests or tips.
The food, the service, the experience was truly amazing!! This was my family’s favorite restaurant of all the places we ate at. The bread and sauce taste was so delicious! The kids loved it almost as much as I did. Definitely a must visit. Especially if you are staying in the Animal Kingdom Lodge.
