Da Fabrizio - Osburg

Again and again Tortellini was like rubber barely sauce. Cod Bleu with pilgrim sauce and pommes was a thick meat dump with little filled the sauce very little and the pommes the very thin. And the Cola almost had no carbonic acid.

I was in the Pizzeria Da Fabrizio now two times food and I must say that I cannot understand the reviews below... It seems to me here that someone tries to talk a little bad, which is often the case in this rural region. The quality of foods can in any case keep in trier with the big names, with the difference that one is still treated as a customer and is not processed with any arrogant sayings. The pizza is very large, thin and crispy. The meat is on the point medium and the appetizer plates are very large and of tasteful variety. Next time I am in the Trier-Saarburg region, I am delighted to see you again in this cozy place.

In the last months we have ordered several times in the da fabricio in osburg and ate at home. quality is different. it tastes delicious and not at all. In addition, you have to watch what you get. once we had ordered 4 different dishes (2 pizzas, gypsy carvings and a nude dish and got: pizzas as desired and also good. in the carving absent sauce and salad and the bare bowl was not there, but again pommes and a carving Bolognese and Tortellini. when I complained, the missing orders were immediately and without objections, unfortunately in poor quality (a lumpy spaghetti, little zucchini piece once again we ordered a carving and a barley dish again. the carving was as far as possible, with the panade for my taste was not good (salted, too thick and not through (yellow, but the barley dish was unfortunately not again optimal. it should be penne with tomato sauce, mozarella, tomato pieces and basil. what I found were penne with much too much mozarella, but no tomato pieces and no piece of basil. some olives have been added. I wish it was on the map to find in good quality in court.

Grilled vegetables for me are not TK Kaisergemüse from the discounter. 1:1! If this had been at least fried and not heated in the microwave or many of them, it would probably not have happened at all. Carved plums, plums and fading. The Bimsmann, too. Salad dressing very applied. A wickedness. Shame
