Decent Starbucks on the second floor of shin osaka station. This Starbucks has everything and a large selection of souvenirs and special coffee beans to take home. Has seating for around 70 people. Mainly single tables but also has a sofa wall which you can sit. The ceiling isn't so high so it makes the place feel smaller than it is. View all feedback.

Located inside but with lousy customer service. Took 8min to get a latte with no one waiting ahead. The staff let the trainee to practice while customers piling up in the queue and when questioned, they didn't even apologize or bother. I could have missed my Shinkansen because of this delay. Finally the chai latte they made is nothing but sugary hot water. View all feedback.
