Great place for food, drinks and local atmosphere. Dishes are cooked before you. Choose your ingredients and sauce (miso and/or garlic), wait for waiters to grill them and go for them! Prepare your meal by ordering Soba or Udon: these will be roasted on the same pan plus some green onions and an egg. The rest of your sauce will finally be used.
