The menu is limited, but entirely vegetarian. The seating is eclectic and cozy, resembling a casual living room atmosphere. It appears that the food is prepared in a neighboring kitchen and brought in.
The curry is delicious, the atmosphere is relaxed. Just a heads up, the staff may come off as slightly unfriendly.
My friend and I ended up dining at this restaurant when all the other vegan restaurants around Nakazakicho were closed. The building itself is interesting and quite old, with the possibility of hosting music or events at times. The vegan menu options are limited to a couple of curry dishes. The food was decent but a bit bland, nothing extraordinary that would make me want to return. The prices are very affordable, around ¥600. It's a convenient choice for a quick and cheap meal in Nakazakicho.
The vegan fried tofu curry took nearly 40 minutes to arrive, but it was delicious and satisfying despite its seemingly small portion size. Price: 900 yen.
They have 3 different sets of curry rice. Sometimes they have a special that is vegan (e.g. fried tofu with peanut sauce). I would go there more for the atmosphere. It is nice to hang out there, take a break, read a book. Price is 750-1000 yen. Unfortunately, there is a one coin curry at lunch time (for 500 yen) but it is only for the meat-eaters. Would be nice if they can veganize this option.
